New 300 Entertainment signee, OMB Peezy, stopped by Studio C for a session this month. Think It’s a Game Records showed us more love this month as we saw the return of YFN Lucci and Forte Bowie for a total of five sessions between them in Studio A. Motown Records artist Rich Homie Quan kept his streak going by spending a staggering eight days in Studio A while Baltimore newcomer, Pyrex, got the ball rolling with ten sessions producing in Studio C. Happy birthday to the land of the free and the home of the brave! Studio F stayed busy with Fallon and Felisha of Cherish and so did Studio B with producer Blac Elvis. Loyal Money Music Group held one session this month with Quick tracking. Engineer Ejay Washington was certainly up to the task as he knocked these sessions out. In between stops on his international Nobody Safe tour, Epic Records artist Future booked the studio for four days this month before hitting the road once again. The energy was definitely electric once Columbia Records artists and viral dance sensations, Ayo and Teo, stopped by Studio A for a session with our engineer, Phil Cromwell, tracking. I like the new one with Flux even more than ‘Feel Your Love’.I just wanna Rollie, Rollie, Rollie with a dab of ranch… Sometimes I have an idea and I think about working on it with someone who would know exactly what to add in order to make it what I want to be.
Some people hit me up with a really cool idea and think that it would be great to work on together. I probably have 20 or 25 tracks where we’ve started an idea. There are so many songs that I’ve started with other artists. NGHTMRE, on the other hand, not only shared his creative process, but also let slip that he has unreleased music in the works with Alison Wonderland, Quix, Dillon Francis, Flux Pavilion, and Slander. Every artist’s creative process is different, and some choose to focus more on solo projects.
